The inaugural season of the TGL indoor golf league continues on Monday evening, with Tiger Wood’s Jupiter Links Golf club taking on Rory Mcllroy Boston Common Golf.

Tiger Wood’s Jupiter Links did not have the best of starts in the TGL, with the veteran golfer’s team losing 12-1 to Los Angeles Golf Club.

On Monday, Rory Mcllroy make his much-awaited debut for Boston Common Golf in the tournament he created alongside Tiger Woods.

Matches are played in the state-of-the-art SoFi Center, specially designed to incorporate virtual reality and bring fans closer to the action.

The Jupiter Links Golf Club and The Boston Common Golf kickstart the TGL at 11:30 p.m. GMT on Monday, Jan. 27. 

The match will be played at the SoFi Center on the campus of Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

TGL golf format

Matches are scheduled for two hours and will feature three of the four PGA Tour golfers from each roster going head-to-head. 

The fifteen-hole courses are split into two sessions: A nine-hole, 3-on-3 format dubbed ‘triples,’ and a six-hole, head-to-head ‘singles’ round. Each hole is worth one point. 

At the end of the regular season, the top four teams advance to the playoffs, featuring single-elimination semifinals and a best-of-three finals.
