West Byfleet: Three arrested after jewellery store ram raid
He was arrested on suspicion of burglary and was taken to hospital for treatment, the force said.
Following an area search involving a police helicopter and dog unit, two other suspects were also located and arrested on suspicion of burglary.
A 44-year-old man, a 38-year-old man, and a 29-year-old man have all been arrested on suspicion of burglary, robbery, and various driving offences.
They are all currently in police custody.
Surrey Police is making a mandatory referral to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) due to an injury being sustained by one of the suspects following a police pursuit.
The force is appealing for any witnesses or anyone with CCTV to come forward.
