Jet2 Group, comprising the airline Jet2.com and the tour operator Jet2holidays, has announced the addition of new routes to Spain for the next summer season. The UK’s largest travel group will begin operations at Jerez Airport in Cádiz, from Birmingham, Leeds Bradford, and Manchester, opening up the stunning Costa de la Luz region.
According to the announcement this morning, Jet2 will offer 30,000 seats for these routes, split equally between inbound and outbound flights. This means Jerez Airport could welcome up to 15,000 new tourists between May 2nd and November 1st, 2025.
The full Jet2.com and Jet2holidays’ programme to Jerez is as follows:
Birmingham Airport – exclusive weekly Friday services operating from 2nd May to 31st October 2025.
Leeds Bradford Airport – exclusive weekly Tuesday services operating from 6th May to 28th October 2025.
Manchester Airport – exclusive weekly Saturday services operating from 3rd May to 1st November 2025.
Jerez becomes the 14th Spanish airport to feature direct flights from the UK with Jet2, joining Málaga and Almería as the third in Andalucía.
Holidaymakers will be able to explore the delights of the Costa de la Luz region and the resorts of Cadiz, Novo Sancti Petri, Conil de la Frontera, Costa Ballena, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Zahara de los Atunes from Jerez Airport.
Customers travelling to the Andalusian coast in Southern Spain via Jerez Airport with Jet2holidays will be able to choose from a wide range of 3 to 5-star hotels across these six resorts in the Costa de la Luz.
This new addition highlights Jet2 Group’s ongoing commitment to enhancing travel connections between the UK and Spain, providing more options for holidaymakers and boosting tourism in the region.
