British travel company On the Beach is offering a unique service for holidaying Brits eager to cut short their American vacations following Donald Trump’s return to the US presidency.
The company, known for its holiday packages to popular US cities, announced “get-out-of-the-USA-free” flights for customers wishing to leave before Trump officially assumes office.
With hundreds of its customers currently enjoying stays in destinations like New York, Las Vegas, and Florida, On the Beach is allowing those who are disillusioned by Trump’s election to change their flights and head home today.
The company’s Chief Customer Officer, Zoe Harris, said: “Trump has all but claimed victory, and we know that for some of our customers, making ‘America great again’ just isn’t on their holiday itinerary.”
For Brits ready to depart “Trump’s America,” On the Beach urges them to contact its customer support team promptly to arrange an early flight home.
In addition to these escape flights, On the Beach is also rolling out Donald’s Deals, a series of low-cost packages inviting travellers to witness the historic inauguration in January.
With deals under £750 per person, Brits have the opportunity to see Trump’s swearing-in first-hand.
Featured trips include five-night stays in Orlando and New York with options such as the Ramada Kissimmee Gateway for £601pp and the Pod Times Square Hotel from £703pp.
“While some customers may prefer a warm brew back home, others see this as a chance to witness history,” said Harris.
“With Donald’s win, we’re anticipating an increase in bookings for trips to the US.”
