Tranzaura Group has acquired fleet software provider Truckfile for an undisclosed sum to expand its footprint in the UK fleet market.
Transport technology firm, Tranzaura, said the acquisition of the the UK transport software provider will “significantly enhance its usage and capabilities”, which already service 400,000 fleet assets each day.
Tranzaura said it will be “business as usual” for Truckfile customers with the brand, products, and services to continue to operate independently, ensuring uninterrupted access to the solutions they are already working with.
However, the company said the deal will see customers benefit from Tranzaura Group’s technologies to help optimise their fleet operations.
Shane Mann, Tranzaura Group chief executive, said bringing the two companies together will “drive innovation” and also “disrupt a mature market”.
He said: “We are excited to join forces, combining our expertise, resources and reputation to drive innovation and elevate customer experience.”
