Happy Saturday, BBN!
It’s a good Saturday for the fanbase; Kentucky Wildcats men’s basketball dominated last night, and the Cats have an opportunity to shock the world in football today against Texas.
To quickly recap last night, the Cats are now 5-0, their best start since the 2016-2017 season with De’Aaron Fox, Malik Monk, and Bam Adebayo.
Another fun fact: Kentucky has made at least 10 3-pointers in 5 consecutive games for the first time since February 6th-20th, 2016.
It has been a great start to the year.
Kentucky Football has had a rough season, as everyone knows. That said, they have a chance to end on a special note.
Texas is currently ranked 3rd in the country, and their best wins, according to the College Football Playoff committee, are Vanderbilt and Arkansas.
The Longhorns are extremely talented, but Kentucky does have the talent to pull off a miracle today. Will they do it? Probably not, but can they? Absolutely. Let’s hope for the latter.
Enjoy your Saturday, BBN!
There’s really nothing like this fanbase.
