CHELMSFORD 4.30

CY TWOMBLY was sent off at 25-1 for his debut in a 7f novice contest at Kempton earlier this month where he ran a solid race to finish fourth of 14, going down by two lengths and missing out on third place by just a short head. The Mehmas colt ran green in midfield before staying on well down the outside, doing second best of those to come from off the pace. The patiently-ridden Godolphin horse in third place – 5-1 shot Music Of Time – went two places better at Doncaster next time and Cy Twombly is likely to take a step forward this evening.
