Bluebell Group has announced a partnership with Messika, the contemporary French luxury jewellery maison, to expand Messika into Korea’s domestic market with its first boutique.
Located on the 2nd floor of Lotte Avenuel World Tower, the 66-square meter boutique embodies the maison’s minimalist elegance and opulence, featuring black and gold accents. The boutique showcases Messika’s iconic signature Move collection, along with select high jewellery pieces, making their debut to the Korean market.
“I’m very excited to open our first domestique boutique in Korea with our partner Bluebell, this is another milestone for Messika in Asia,” said founder Valérie Messika.
“Korea is a country with exquisite culture and very dynamic fashion trends, which is a strong DNA of the maison. This market will be an important pillar for us in Asia. With Bluebell we will present to Korean customer innovative design, excellent customer service and of course rich offers of diamond jewelries as always.”
The partnership with Bluebell Group will see Bluebell leveraging its deep understanding of the local market, extensive networks, and luxury service expertise to oversee Messika’s retail operations, marketing strategies, and future development within Korea. Messika and Bluebell Korea have previously partnered in the Korean Duty Free Market since 2022.
Ashley Micklewright, president and CEO of the Bluebell Group, added, “I am pleased and humbled that Bluebell Korea is part of Messika’s domestic presence today here in Seoul. Messika and Bluebell share core family values and a true dedication to the commitment of luxury service excellence. This partnership is exciting for Korean jewellery lovers, who appreciate sophistication and innovation, and whom we are sure will be delighted in discovering the world of Messika.”
