LUKE LITTLER’s incredible rise has fuelled a huge rise in demand for darts tickets.
The 17-year-old sensation has helped propel the sport into the mainstream over the past 12 months.
Littler is currently going for his maiden PDC World Championship title at London’s iconic Ally Pally.
Tickets to the event are proving the hottest in town, with fans flocking to darts events throughout 2024.
A new study has taken a deep dive into the Top 10 most in-demand tickets over the past year.
Darts sat at sixth place in a similar poll conducted by ticket resale site Viagogo in 2023.
But it has jumped all the way up to second position on the back of Littler’s meteoric rise.
Rugby Union tops the list, fueled by demand for the Six Nations and Autumn Internationals, while the NFL’s international games in London are third.
Football comes next, although the data in the study only takes into account ticket sales for non-UK based matches.
Cricket, boxing and Formula 1 make up the rest of the top six, with one heavyweight clash really capturing the imagination of boxing fans.

Anthony Joshua’s fight with Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium was the most in-demand ticketed event of 2024 across the UK, according to the study.
96,000 fans packed into the Home of Football to watch Dubois seal an emphatic stoppage back in September.
Three NFL London Games came next on the individual event list, with the Premier League Darts also making its first appearance at No. 8.
For sporting events away from these shores, Super Bowl LVIII was the most in-demand across the entire world.
February’s showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers was the most-watched broadcast of all time in the US.
