The Kentucky Wildcats and Arkansas Razorbacks have released their SEC injury reports.

For the Cats, starting point guard Lamont Butler has been ruled out. Butler has been battling a shoulder injury that led to him missing Tuesday’s win over Tennessee. Luckily, the Cats were able to win that game, but stringing wins together in this league without Butler is a very daunting task.

For now, it looks like Butler is going to miss several more games at the very least, so don’t expect to see him next Tuesday at Ole Miss.

In addition, starting forward Andrew Carr is probable, so he should suit up. Carr has been battling a bad back that’s had him in and out of the lineup for several weeks and logged just two minutes in Tuesday’s win over Tennessee, so expectations for how much he can contribute Saturday night should be tempered.

For the Hogs, they’re already without starting point guard Boogie Fland, who suffered a season-ending hand injury earlier this month. Fland was averaging 15.1 points, 5.7 assists, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game. He even had a stretch of four 20+ point performances in a 10-game stretch.

Everyone else is good to go for Arkansas.
