“We’re past any window that he could get back,” said Pope. “It’s been a stubborn healing process. He hasn’t met the benchmarks he needs to get to.”
The Estonian guard suffered a foot fracture in the early season and has been out since early December. His last game action was against Colgate when he scored eight points, grabbed three rebounds and provided four assists.
Jaxson Robinson is recovering from his wrist surgery which Pope says went “perfect.” The UK head coach says that he has spoken to Robinson since and he was tired from the procedure.
