LEXINGTON, Ky. — Kentucky women’s basketball’s full 2024-25 schedule is out, including 16 home games in the recently renovated $82 million Memorial Coliseum.
New coach Kenny Brooks and the Wildcats begin the season Nov. 4 against USC Upstate, kicking off a five-game homestand that includes the basketball battle for the Bluegrass Nov. 16 against Louisville. UK will then take part in the Music City Classic Nov. 26-27 in Nashville, Tennessee, with opponents set to be announced at a later date.
Kentucky will also face North Carolina in the second annual SEC/Atlantic Coast Conference Challenge Dec. 5 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The team rounds out its nonconference slate Dec. 28 at home against Western Kentucky.
The Wildcats begin their 16-game conference schedule Jan. 2 at home against Mississippi State before going on the road for four of their next five games. Among the highlights are contests against new conference foes Oklahoma (Feb. 2, road) and Texas (Feb. 13, home). In the program’s 50 years, it has never played at OSU and has never hosted Texas.
Kentucky also has a home-and-home series with Georgia (away Jan. 19, home Feb. 16), marking the only opponent it’ll face twice next season.
Following home games against LSU (Feb. 23) and Tennessee (Feb. 27), UK ends the regular season on the road March 2 against 2024 SEC Tournament champion South Carolina. The 2025 SEC Tournament is set for March 5-9 at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.
Fans will have two opportunities to check out the team prior to the Nov. 4 season opener, including Big Blue Madness Oct. 11 at Rupp Arena and the Blue-White Preseason Event Oct. 18 at Memorial Coliseum.
Check out the full schedule below. Tip times and TV designations will be announced at a later date.
