The UK wing of audit and advisory network RSM has installed Juan Federico as a business transformation director. He joins the firm’s growing consulting practice, ahead of a busy 2025.
Joel Segal, Partner and Head of Business Transformation at RSM UK, commented, “Juan’s extensive experience in transforming businesses in the financial services market will be invaluable for our clients. We’re delighted to have him on board, as our business transformation team continues to go from strength to strength, especially now in all areas of driving performance management across an enterprise.”
At RSM UK, Federico will build upon the firm’s business transformation and enterprise performance management solutions as a director, working to strengthen RSM’s presence in the financial services market. To do that, he will draw on a track record in leading a range of complex strategic programmes within the banking and insurance market, including global FTSE 100 companies, primarily in the UK, Europe and the Americas.
Specialising in helping financial services organisations achieve their strategic goals and transform their business effectively, Federico’s expertise particularly focuses on delivering sustainable change and ensuring our clients operate more efficiently. This has seen him work across finance function support, regulatory transformations, and enterprise performance management – most recently with Baringa, where he was part of the CFO advisory leadership team.
Federico added, “I am thrilled to join RSM at such an exciting time of growth and to focus on both transformation and enterprise performance management solutions to support RSM’s financial services industry. During these uncertain times with new regulatory obligations on the horizon, plus performance and economic challenges, RSM is well positioned to enable our clients to achieve their strategic goals and performance targets and drive sustainable change.”
