Mira Developments has signed a global partnership deal with Italian group Arav Fashion to develop luxury residences, five-star hotels, and exclusive cafés branded by John Richmond, in whose label Arav holds a majority stake.

The first projects will be built in key locations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah. They will feature fully furnished residences, exclusive hotel-style services, and meticulously designed communal spaces. The fittings and furnishings, made in collaboration with FormItalia Luxury Group, will create environments that harmoniously blend fashion and interior design.

“When I was 16, I was accepted at the University of Manchester to study architecture. At the last minute, I changed my mind and moved to London to study fashion. I never lost my love for architecture, and participating in this project is like fulfilling a dream that unites my two passions,” commented Richmond.
