Flights to Porto Airport, the gateway to Costa Verde, are now available from Manchester Airport with Jet2.com.
Twice-weekly services operate on Thursdays and Sundays until November 17, 2024. For summer 2025, both Manchester and Birmingham Airports will offer flights to Porto.
Manchester services commence on March 20, 2025, while Birmingham flights begin on March 27, 2025. Both airports will operate twice-weekly flights on Thursdays and Sundays.
This expansion follows Jet2.com’s successful launch of flights and city breaks to Porto, which has seen strong demand from customers and independent travel agents.
The Costa Verde region offers visitors pristine beaches, Portugal’s oldest national park, local vineyards, and former fishing ports. History enthusiasts can explore Iron Age settlements, military fortresses and churches.
Jet2Villas packages include ATOL protection and car hire for the entire holiday.
The company has been recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider for Self-Catering Accommodation Abroad for two consecutive years.
CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays Steve Heapy said: “The Costa Verde is a hidden treasure, so we are confident that this new proposition will prove popular with customers wanting to explore a stunning region combined with the sense of freedom and quality that our award-winning villa holidays provide.”
