Currently, Los Angeles County is facing fast-spreading wildfires which are being filled by up to 100mph winds.
More than 70,000 residents have been ordered to flee the area by Los Angeles County Fire Chief Anthony Marroneas as the threat from the named Eaton fire rises.
It has also been confirmed that two people have died due to the Eaton fire that has burned across 2,000 acres so far.
The Eaton fire is just one of the fires affecting the area, with others named the Palisades, Woodley and Hurst fires.

Now, the UK government has shared advice to travellers with plans to travel to California and Los Angeles County.
Sharing on the USA Warnings and Insurance page, the UK government advises: “Fast-spreading wildfires are currently active within Los Angeles County.
“Monitor local media and follow the advice of the local authorities. More detailed information can be found on CAL FIRE.

On the CAL Fire website, you can check the current active fires, the areas impacted when the wildfires began, the acres they have covered and the current containment of the fires.
Currently, the Tyler Fire is 50% contained while, Woodley, Hurst, Eaton and Palisade remain at 0%.
