Ryan Lanji’s ethos is “fitness is for everyone”.
He’s the man behind Not Dead Yet, a fitness community born online out of lockdown that now provides free in-person fitness sessions for queer and non-binary people and people of colour.
Not Dead Yet teams up with premium gyms across London to provide a space where participants are made to feel comfortable, while giving them a luxury workout experience – something many otherwise wouldn’t get the chance to have.
Nina, who is a regular attendee, says: “Having a space where people look like you, other people can relate to you, completely changes the dynamic of the class.”
