By the time this game comes around, the Kentucky Wildcats will have had 10 days to stew over their loss in the CBS Sports Classic to Ohio State. The hope is that reflection has allowed a plan to come into place to be ready for SEC play and not throw up any more duds. Brown gives them an opportunity for a rebounding effort. Brown University is a 191 KenPom team, and thus is one game to set the plan into motion for Florida looming behind the Bears.

This New Year’s Eve special is on early enough that you can either catch the game on TV or go to the game and still have the whole evening for any other New Year’s Eve plans. It’s also a game that you can find on your regular channels if you have the cable package that includes ESPNU.
If you don’t have cable and are looking for the stream, you will need an ESPN+ subscription. You find that link here.
It’s a get-right game for the Wildcats and one that Kentucky fans will want to watch, not only to see how the team rebounds from their 20-point loss to the Buckeyes. Big Blue Nation will also want to watch to see how Kentucky gets prepared for SEC conference play. It will only be five days later that Kentucky takes on their first SEC foe in the Florida Gators who is one of the best teams in the conference and in the nation. Florida is listed at seven in the KenPom rankings.
Kentucky will look to cruise past Brown and give Big Blue Nation excitement to bring in the New Year.
