For the first time in seven games and fifth time this season, Kentucky topped the 100-point mark in a Saturday win over previously unbeaten Florida (106-100) to jump four spots in this week’s AP national rankings. That victory helped put distance between the Wildcats and their second loss to an unranked team, an 85-65 loss to Ohio State on Dec. 21.

The Bulldogs are on Game 2 of a challenging five-game stretch against nationally ranked opposition. They lost the first of those contests, 63-51, to then-No. 24 Ole Miss (63-51) on Saturday with ice-cold shooting, hitting just 29.3% of their shots and 2-of-18 from 3-point range.
