A HIGH street fashion retailer with almost 90 UK branches is reportedly closing a store in Scotland.
It’s understood that Superdry on Aberdeen‘s Union Square will shut shop for good on Saturday 15 February.
The brand is famed for combining vintage American styling with Japanese-inspired graphics.
A spokesman told the Press and Journal: “We evaluate the performance of each of our stores on an ongoing basis and can confirm that our store in Aberdeen will be closing.
“We will continue to explore new store locations and opportunities as they become available.”
The publication reports that signage outside the store indicates a “relocation”, hinging that the company could remain in the Granite City.
The retailer has other branches in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast and Newcastle, according to its website.
Superdry was asked for comment.
