The ICC T20 World Cup 2024 is all set to get underway in the West Indies and USA from June 2, five days after the conclusion of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL). The deadline for all 20 participating teams to announce their squads is May 1, and they have been rolling out since Monday, April 29.

On Tuesday, defending champions England revealed their squad for the tournament as they bid to become the first team with three World T20 titles.

England’s squad for their title defence will be led by Jos Buttler, with all-rounder Moeen Ali named as vice-captain. Eight of their fifteen-member squad, including Buttler and Moeen, are currently in action at the IPL, but will likely depart early for a bilateral series against Pakistan later in May.
