Travel and expenses platform Emburse is giving UK travellers the ability to use Apple Pay when making purchases.
The company said that adding Emburse Cards to travellers’ Apple Wallets on their devices, such as iPhones and Apple Watches, would create a “more secure and private way” to pay for services.
“Every Apple Pay purchase is secure because it is authenticated with Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode, as well as a one-time unique dynamic security code,” said Emburse in a statement.
“Integration with Apple Pay means that adoption of an Emburse Card becomes effortless, providing businesses with fast and convenient contactless payments without needing a physical card.”
Last year, Emburse rebranded its Chrome River and Certify platforms as a part of the unification of its solutions under the Emburse umbrella.
