A major milestone for Charles Tyrwhitt with the British menswear brand opening its 50th store in Southampton’s, Westquay shopping centre.
“Reinforcing the brand’s global growth success and understanding of the brick-and-mortar landscape”, the latest location is part of Tyrwhitt’s run of store openings within the UK and further afield.
It features the brand’s signature formalwear and smart casualwear, ranging from shirts, suits, polos, knitwear, shoes and accessories, as well as its autumn/winter collections. One-on-one styling appointments are available, “demonstrating Tyrwhitt’s ethos of ‘helping men to look good and feel good — effortlessly’”.
Also highlighting its commitment to sustainability, the store features the ‘Tyrwhitt or not’ shirt and suit donation scheme, linked to a discount reward scheme, which has raised over £3 million for The British Heart Foundation.
CMO Joe Irons said: “This new store marks a significant step in our journey to connect with more customers across the UK. Southampton is an ideal location for the 50th Charles Tyrwhitt store due to its vibrant economy, rich cultural heritage, and status as a key shopping destination on the south coast. Its bustling city centre, anchored by the renowned Westquay Shopping Centre, attracts a diverse mix of locals, tourists, and professionals, aligning with our mission of making it easier for men to dress well.”
