Bulgari announced on Thursday the appointment of actress Monica Barbaro as a brand ambassador of the luxury jewelry house for North America.
Barbaro, who starred as Phoenix opposite Tom Cruise and Miles Teller in the film ‘Top Gun: Maverik’, will represent Bvlgari on the red carpet, and will also play a role in brand initiatives and launches throughout the year, according to a press release.
“As ‘friend of the house’ for North America, Monica is a shining embodiment of the Bulgari woman and the brand is thrilled to begin working together in this new capacity,” said LVMH Group-owned Bulgari.
The actress will next be seen starring as Joan Baez opposite Timothee Chalamet in James Mangold’s upcoming Bob Dylan biopic, ‘A Complete Unknown’.
She is currently shooting the second season of Netflix’s hit action-comedy series ‘Fubar’, which in its first season became one of the streamer’s most watched original series upon its release in 2023.
“I am honored to join the Bulgari family, representing a brand I have long admired for its craftsmanship and passion for creativity. I have watched Bulgari evolve over time, while remaining true to its heritage, and I am excited to be a part of this incredible story,” said Barbaro.
Barbaro joins other celebrity Bulgari ambassadors including Anne Hathaway, Zendaya and Liu Yifei.
