Is Halloween, as Mean Girls has it, the one night of the year the one night a year when a girl can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it? Is it a time to scare the living daylights out of yourself and everyone around you? Or is it a place to show off your individual genius by make some kind of Halloween-ish pop culture reference?
