A picturesque walking trail which allows for the ultimate exploration of the south east coast of Cornwall is yours for the grab.

This hidden gem provides an array of spectacular sites across spellbinding cliffs with spectacular views of Talland Bay and Polperro Bay is found in Cornwall.

Adventure-seekers beckon with this marvel that starts at Talland Bay, taking you across the historic village of Polperro, ending at a stunning pub.

Here, you will find majestic white cliffs with a postcard-perfect fishing harbour and stunning beaches as far as the eye can see to add to your picture perfect moments.

The walk is considered to be relatively easy, taking roughly 40 minutes to complete.

Once at the popular Beach Cafe follow signs or the tarmac path up a hill following the path to the left.

Trekking along this spot you will find a war memorial on this trail located roughly halfway.

Upon arrival here you will spot a handy bench, the perfect place to rest weary legs and soak up the lush views.

There will be no denying you’ve reached the harbour town where you can admire quaint cottages scattered throughout.

At this point there are some steep sections on the trail but those sturdy on their feet and taking the route slowly will be able to manage it.

Here you can enjoy the magic that is Polperro which has been described as breathtaking featuring a cornucopia of cobblestone streets, a bustling harbour with bobbing boats and quirky buildings throughout.

The nearby beach is also ideal for a dip in the sea as it’s not too rough with cute rock pools uncovering all types of ocean treasures to explore once low tide hits.

Once you’ve soaked up the stunningness of Polperro you can retrace your footsteps back to Talland Bay with glorious scenery as far as the eye can see.

Those wanting to make a day of it can head to Looe with the walk to the region from Polperro taking around 2.5 hours on this epic 5.5 mile trail.
