A woman travelled first class for the first time, and it may have been a mistake for a surprising reason.
Rebecca Winter, known as rebeccawinterr on TikTok, opened up about her recent trip in a video where she told people it was her first time travelling in luxury. She shared the video alongside the caption: “God please, I never want to sit in economy again.”
In the clip you see a flight attendant hand her a washbag, and ask her if she wants to change into something more comfortable for the journey, such as pyjamas. He then asks her what size she’d like, and she requests a medium.
He returns with a set of pyjamas, and says: “Would you care for me to open the pack for you? My pleasure, thank you very much.”
Rebecca then shows what she’s been handed to the camera and is left in awe. She was given the free nightwear to allow her to have a blissful sleep during her flight.
The only thing is, it may have been a bit of a mistake for Rebecca, as now she never wants to fly in economy again. That’s the only problem when you get a taste of the nicer things in life – you tend to want them more and more.
Since the video was shared, it’s been liked more than one million times, and thousands of people commented too. Some said the perks of travelling first class is you get more room, access to lounges, better alcohol choices and caviar service.
What you get largely depends on the airline but, it’s fair to say, it looks rather nice. People also praised the flight attendant for appearing to be both “professional and respectful”.
One person had a very important question, writing: “This might be very broke of me, but do you get to keep the bag and the pyjamas?”
A stewardess was quick to reply to this, adding: “You keep everything, but like the blanket/pillow/mattress thing. Sometimes you even get little slippers.”
Meanwhile, others couldn’t get over what they were seeing, and are now super keen to travel first class too. If only life was that easy for everyone, eh?
One person wrote: “You had me at ‘would you like me to open the pack for you?’ Yes, I would.”
Another added: “First class is an experience everyone should have at least once. Changes your perspective on flying completely.”
A third replied: “I need to experience this before I die.” Meanwhile, a fourth also commented: “Girl, I travelled first class yesterday, and I’m sorry – economy can never see me again.”
