The 2024 NBA Finals are set to continue in Boston, with one more matchup at TD Garden before the series transitions to Dallas for a pair of games. If necessary, the series will be back in both cities again before a champion is crowned.

Game 2 of the 2024 NBA Finals will be played on Sunday, June 9.
The series remains at TD Garden, so both teams are getting two full days off between games without having to travel.
Game 1 of the NBA Finals was 10 days after the Celtics closed out the Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals, while the Mavericks’ conference-clinching game was a full week before Game 1. Both teams are about as well-rested as possible with more off days coming before Game 2.
Game 2 of the 2024 NBA Finals between the Celtics and Mavericks will tip off at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 9.
