International intimates brand Victoria’s Secret is to open a standalone store at the East Midlands shopping destination Derbion.
It will take on the 5,712 sq ft space on a 10-year lease, as the retailer expands from its current space within the Next store and into its own individual unit.
Becoming one of the brand’s premier regional locations as it continues its UK expansion programme, the Derby store will to offer shoppers “an unparalleled selection of luxurious lingerie, sleepwear, and beauty products”.
Nicola Reeve, head of Retail at Victoria’s Secret, said: “Over the past few years, we have continued to expand our presence across the UK opening new locations in thriving retail destinations. This new space at Derbion will allow us to serve more of our customers from across the East Midlands as well as draw in new visitors.”
The arrival of Victoria’s Secret follows a strong year for Derbion which announced 89,789 sq ft of new openings, upsizes, and relocations during 2024.
