Valentino Beauty has named British singer and songwriter Charli XCX as a new U.S. brand ambassador. 

“Edgy, bold, unapologetically expressive. Valentino Beauty is thrilled to announce @charli_xcx as a new Valentino Beauty ambassador,” the brand said on Instagram. 

Th partnership launches with a campaign highlighting the new Spike Valentino Buttery Matte lipstick line.

The lipstick line and announcement was promoted during a masterclass with makeup artist Yadim Carranza. To further mark the occasion, the brand hosted pop-up installations at New York’s Flatiron Public Plaza, featuring 3D figures of the spiked packaging.

Charli XCX joins a roster of Valentino ambassadors, including actress Florence Pugh, who was named in April 2023, and Chinese actor Tan Jianci, appointed in July 2024.

The luxury beauty brand also recently unveiled a collection of unisex fine fragrances with themes such as ‘Private Talk’ and ‘Punk Romance’.
