British number one and 25th seed Draper plays the Netherlands’ Botic van de Zandschulp, fresh from his second-round win over Carlos Alcaraz, second on Grandstand.
Evans, meanwhile, plays Australian 10th seed Alex de Minaur on Louis Armstrong Stadium in the evening session (00:00 BST).
Elsewhere Polish women’s top seed Iga Swiatek plays Russian 25th seed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, while Italian men’s top seed Jannik Sinner takes on Australia’s Christopher O’Connell.
