A new study has shown that the UK’s bus, coach and minibus market has recorded a second year of consecutive growth, with the market seeing its best performance since 2008.
The figures, published in the latest report from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), saw an increase of 70.1% (8,390) in bus registrations in 2024, giving the market itself the distinction of becoming Europe’s largest overall.
