Two men have been arrested after a Leeds United supporter was injured outside Norwich City’s stadium following the play-off match between the football clubs.
Norfolk Police said the pair were arrested after a man in his 60s reported that he was punched outside Norwich’s stadium Carrow Road.
It is also believed an object was thrown at the man, who suffered a cut to his chin, the force added.
He was seen by paramedics at the scene and did not require further treatment.
Police said a man in his late teens was arrested on suspicion of assault GBH.
Another man, in his 50s, was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker.
Both men were in custody on Sunday night.
Officers believe another man was also involved in the incident and said enquiries were ongoing to locate him.

In a statement posted on X, Norwich City said they would “work closely with the police to fully investigate the incident, understand the facts and take appropriate action”.
The first leg of the play-off semi-final between Leeds and Norwich finished 0-0. The second leg will be played at Elland Road on Thursday.
