The two-mile-plus trip today may offer the perfect balance for this strong stayer to outlast his rivals, with stablemate Sweet William perhaps posing the biggest threat. Gregory should be well-positioned to take advantage of any tactical errors in what promises to be a fascinating contest.

The British Stallion Studs Fillies’ Handicap offers an intriguing betting puzzle, but Bint Al Daar is worth supporting.
