THG Ingenuity, the e-commerce solutions specialist that has just been demerged from e-tailer THG, is ploughing ahead with its growth plan. To that end it has now named Lucy Cooper as its chief commercial officer, effective immediately.
We’re told Cooper “will play a pivotal role in driving THG Ingenuity’s ambitious growth agenda as it embarks on its next chapter following the demerger”.
She brings over 15 years of experience in growth strategy, transformation, and technology commercialisation to the table.
Having worked with mega names such as Microsoft and Accenture, she “has a track record of identifying and delivering innovative growth opportunities. Her expertise spans AI, digital platforms, and M&A, coupled with a strong focus on customer-centric strategies”.
John Gallemore, Ingenuity’s executive president, hailed her “expertise and leadership across commercial strategy and technology adoption [that] make her a perfect fit for our vision of scaling THG Ingenuity. We are excited to have her on board as we continue to redefine the future of digital commerce”.
Ingenuity is increasingly used by brands to get online efficiently and to handle processes in which they may not have the expertise.
It comprises THG Commerce, a complete commerce solution including logistics operation THG Fulfil and THG Studios, a creative agency that provides a range of services from campaigns and content creation to videography and photography.
