When you’re committing to someone for your whole life, things like wages and money will become major conversations you have – so the cast of MAFS UK 2024 will probably at some point have to face the dreaded finances chat.

A lot of the cast members have spoken about what they do for work, and their opinions on what makes a healthy lifestyle, financially. Using their job titles and where in the UK they work, Checkasalary is an online tool that gives you the average wage for that role, in the given area.

Here are all the wages the cast of MAFS UK 2024 can expect to earn in their current job roles.

Caspar – £15k

There is absolutely no way I believe that Caspar is on £15k. He works on a mega posh fancy estate in the New Forest, as a head gardener. He went to a private school and then off to uni, so I’m sure the figures of what average salary this role carries are completely wrong. Let’s leave that one and crack on.

Kristina – £17k

Kristina is a dog walker, which the more we get to know her the more makes total sense. Everything about her is wholesome. In East Sussex, this job doesn’t come with the biggest pay packet, but it depends how many dogs she’s walking!

Holly – £18k

Holly is a beautician in Huddersfield, where the average wage for this job title is £18k. However, Holly does own her own business, so could be earning more.

Sacha -£19k

Sacha has one of the lowest salaries, but hers is a tough one to judge, as she’s most likely self-employed so her wage will rely heavily on her clients. Sacha is a aesthetics practitioner in Birmingham, and plus, she owns two businesses!

Adam – £25k

From the abysmal cut he gave Caspar, Adam might want to give up the day job as a barber. But, if he does keep it up – most barbers in Nottingham are earning around £25k, but the salary is highly dependant on experience.

Kieran – £25k

Kieran, who also side hustles as a clown, works as a mechanic in Newcastle. Here, the average salary for this role is £25k.

Amy – £27k

Amy is from Blackburn, and should be great on MAFS because she works as a wedding planner. According to Checkasalary, the average wedding planner where she is from can earn around £27k – but I guess it highly depends on what clients she works with.

Polly – £30k

Polly works as a careers advisor in Kent. The average salary for this role is £30k per year, but according to Checkasalary, if she moved elsewhere in the UK the average salary moves to upwards of £40k.

Alex – £30k

Alex works in aviation operations, which to be honest, I still don’t know what that means. He’s from Birmingham, so does he work at Birmingham airport? Something to do with planes? Anyone? Help?

Lacey – £30k

As soon as Lacey entered the experiment, people said they recognised her from the many times she’s been on reality TV before. She has a day job too, working as an office manager in Hertfordshire. When she’s not working her reality TV side hustle, she can expect to be on around £30k a year.

Luke – £32k

Luke works as a prison education manager in Kent, where the average salary for this role is around £32k. This really isn’t the job I would have pictured him in, but there we go!

Ross – £33k

Working as a painter and decorator, it’s difficult to get an average salary for Ross. This is because most people in this line of work are self employed or paid hourly, but according to Checkasalary the average salary in the UK is £33k.

Hannah – £38k

Hannah owns her own gym, which could earn her a salary of around £38k – but maybe a lot more if her business is super successful. She owns This Is Project You is in Altrincham, near Manchester. She launched it after a career in PR, that she quit in 2015 to become a personal trainer.

Orson – £40k

Orson works as a project engineer, which in the UK has an average salary of £40k. On top of this, he has years of experience as a method actor. Yes, really!

Nathan – £41k

It’s always the quiet ones! Nathan is an engineer in Somerset, earning himself a decent wedge of £41k. Super experienced engineers in the UK can earn up to £100k, so he could have a lucrative career ahead of himself!

Emma – £43k

Emma is a sales manager in Bristol. She can expect a very decent wage of £43k.

Richelle – £75k

Pop off Richelle! Richelle works a corporate job in London, which might go some way to explaining her salary. She said in the show she’s independent and works a busy job, as head of alternative investments in the city.
