Fancy living right in the heart of the Royal Troon links?
The famous Blackrock House, which was built before the course existed and is now situated between the 16th and second holes, is up for sale.
It has been split into two and a four-bedroomed house is on offer. Not that I need to do the job of the estate agent, but with one of the world’s most iconic golf courses literally on your doorstep and views of about five holes and out over the sea to Arran, it really does look like the coolest of places to live.
The guide price? It ain’t coming cheap… £1.5m. And I do wonder if you’d be able to insure the windows?
