We’re only a few days into 2025, but we’ve already been blessed with a number of must-have fashion collaborations to ensure the year gets off to a suitably stylish start. In the past week alone, Louis Vuitton has unveiled a re-edition of its iconic Takashi Murakami collaboration, Loewe x ON has released its fifth collection, and Kendall Jenner has teamed up with Adanola for a sportswear capsule – to name but a few.
And now, we’re getting our credit cards (and sharpened elbows) at the ready once again as adidas Originals releases its debut collaboration collection with Liberty London. Dropping in stores and online on January 10, the capsule includes cult trainers, sporty accessories and activewear essentials for both women and children – and all reimagined in Liberty’s signature floral prints, of course.

‘Drawing inspiration from quintessential Liberty London designs carefully curated from our archive, along with classic adidas Originals vintage pieces, this collaboration is a vibrant celebration of print and colour,’ explains Pere Bruach, Liberty London’s design manager. ‘Modern hues breathe new life into iconic patterns, creating a saturated pop aesthetic that feels both contemporary and timeless. The collection reinterprets cherished designs, including the intricate botanical elegance of Margaret Day, the playful Swinging Sixties charm of Manuela Meadow, and the cool sophistication of Garden Jazz, a tribute to the Roaring Twenties.’
The result is nothing short of joy-sparking, bringing a much-needed injection of colour and print to our otherwise rather tired-looking, neutrals-dominant winter wardrobes. The timing couldn’t be better, either: as many of us struggle to make those 2025 health and fitness resolutions a reality, a brand spanking new kit with serious style credentials could be just the extra push we needed.
That said, this isn’t the kind of collection you’ll want to keep hidden away in the gym. We’ll be making the most of our adidas x Liberty London collab finds to elevate the everyday, be it by topping a sleek all-black ensemble with the brightly coloured baseball cap, or swapping out those vastly over-worn Sambas for a pair of fresh, floral Country OGs. There’s also a second drop later in the year to look forward to, that promises to inject some floral fun into our spring/summer wardrobes, too. If we manage to get our hands on anything, that is…
The Liberty London x Adidas Originals collaboration collection is officially released on January 10, 2025, but certain items are already available to shop online.
