The National Coastwatch Institution (NCI), which has a lookout at Brancaster Beach, saw its coffers boosted by the Hunstanton Lawn Tennis Tournament.
The organisation acts as ‘eyes along the coast’ ensuring safety at sea and the UK’s shoreline, with volunteers stationed at 60 sites in England and Wales.
The closest to Hunstanton is by the sea wall adjacent to the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club, at Brancaster.
Every year, the tennis tournament backs a local charity, and this year NCI (Brancaster) was chosen, receiving a £500 donation.
