We’ve all seen golf courses on the first day of a Championship. Pristine and unplayed, having been given months to recover from the day-to-day swings, pitch marks and divots.
Well, this is your chance to replicate that experience on a Championship standard course, as the U.K.’s newest layout opens its tee time bookings to the general public.
From today, The Inspiration Club opens its booking system, and you can grab one of the first chances to take on this new course that has been completed in partnership with Links golf design experts Mackenzie & Ebert.
You could roll in one of the first putts on the unblemished 62-yard wide, pure distinction bent grass 17th green or take on the approach from an unmarked 18th fairway with a birdie in sight and the Wembley stadium arch framing the green in the distance.
“We are so excited to show the public the work we have put into the Inspiration,” said owner, Tony Menai Davis. “It’s been a labour of love that has spanned nearly ten years. We’ve worked with some of the best course designers in the world, meticulously planning every aspect of the course to deliver an incredible golfing experience within sight of the heart of the city.”
Green fees to play the Inspiration range from £70 to £90, marking this out as one of the best value-for-money golf experiences in the country. Tony has prioritised this factor since the start of the project, he continued.
“Pricing has been key for us. We want as many people as possible to know what it’s like to play our interpretation of a modern links and experience surfaces and design as good as this. We’ve also created mixed ability tees to ensure that all golfers can enjoy playing the Inspiration together. We are welcoming everyone to play the Inspiration and can’t wait to get the first reactions.”
Bookings can be made up to 10 days in advance, with the first available tee times on 3rd June. So, if you want to be one of the first golfers to enjoy this remarkable creation just outside central London, visit www.theinspirationclub.co.uk today.
