Drivers are facing a number of blocked roads and closures caused by Storm Darragh.
Gusts up to 50mph (80km/h) are still expected in the Channel Islands with winds expected to ease later.
BA, Easyjet and Blue Islands cancelled early flights at Jersey Airport.
Power outages which affected homes in Grouville, Trinity, St Lawrence and St Martin have all been fixed, said Jersey Electricity.
All flights to and from Alderney are cancelled due to the forecast making it unsafe to fly, said airline Aurigny.
The airline says a number of morning flights to and from the UK have also been cancelled.
Staff at Jersey Airport warned it would be “extra busy” on Monday because many flights had been rescheduled due to Storm Darragh.
They said passengers should arrive two hours before their flights to allow enough time to check in and get through security.
On Sunday Guernsey Police said three roads would remain closed.
They said Les Traudes, St Martin would be closed until Tuesday evening but that Rue De La Grange, St Saviour would be cleared on Monday.
Talbot Valley which police said had “a large tree across the bank” would continue to be blocked until Monday, they added.
Les Quennevais Sports Centre in Jersey said it would remain closed after damage to the roof caused by the storm.
The damage would be assessed on Monday, it said.
Guernsey Police said the fire and rescue service had 25 calls on Saturday night.
A number of trees were blocking three roads and tree surgeons were working to clear them.
A tree had fallen on the grounds of Les Varendes High School and there was damage to the roof of La Houguette Primary School, said police.
Les Traudes in St Martin, Guernsey, will remain closed by a fallen tree until Tuesday, said the States of Guernsey.
There is also no through traffic at Colborne Road in St Peter Port because of a fallen tree.
The main road at Greve de Lecq, Jersey, was blocked by a large amount of sand that had been blown off the beach by the gale.
