Fast-fashion retailer Chi Chi London has partnered with Shopline, Asia’s largest digital services platform that’s expanding in the UK.
The collaboration “will help the partywear brand provide a more premium and personalised shopping experience for its customers, positioning the retailer for further growth and success”, they said.
The partnership upgrades Chi Chi London’s simple transaction platform to now deliver “an elevated shopping experience unique to each customer, ensuring they receive a personalised touch and return for future purchases”.
By using advanced technology and customer insights, Shopline said the retailer “will be able to create a more engaging and tailored shopping experience”, allowing the brand to offer personalised recommendations, exclusive offers, and a seamless shopping journey.
Steven Wood, CTO of Chi Chi London, said: “Shopline was built for the fashion industry and it is massively ahead of the curve in terms of understanding of how people shop and the importance of personalisation in every transaction.
