We are looking for an experienced Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager to maintain and develop an outstanding portfolio of Trusts and Foundations multi-year grants, working closely with the team to identify and secure transformational funding for the RSC’s work on and off-stage including capital.
Do you have a demonstrable track record in securing and managing six-figure grants from trusts, foundations and statutory funders? Can you write compelling applications? Are you target driven and able to meet and exceed fundraising targets? Do you have experience of internal and external stakeholder management to navigate projects from concept to proposal submission?

This is a full-time, permanent position which can be based in either London or Stratford-upon-Avon, with travel between sites for events and meetings. You will be working 35 hours per week, although occasional weekend and evening work will be required. The RSC offers flexible/hybrid working.
