Good morning, BBN!
It’s a Saturday without Kentucky football, but don’t worry, Kentucky basketball Saturdays are officially back!
Their opener on Monday lit a spark in BBN that has been all of Twitter these last few days. There is nothing better than when this fanbase gets excited.
To me, the most impressive part of their win was the number of offensive sets I saw run every time down the court. It was fast, and there were always multiple options for the ball to go.
However, it’s only one game, and this team has a long way to go. Bucknell is already 2-0 on the season, and 2nd-year head coach John Griffin is looking to make his own spark.
It should be a fun one, along with other really fun matchups today, like Tennessee vs. Louisville and Arkansas vs. Baylor.
While the Wildcats decided not to have a big matchup this Saturday, all eyes will be on the Wildcats on Tuesday as they take on Duke.
