The great thing about Spreadex is that offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences, of course, between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets.
Make the right call and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew found 14-1 Prix de l’Abbaye winner MAKAROVA on Sunday and starts the new week with recommended bets/trades on Monday, October 7th…
URBAN SPRAWL heads the betting at 11-4 with Spreadex for this 1m handicap on the strength of his narrow Ayr second in an apprentice handicap earlier this month. However, that run came on good ground and today’s going, officially soft (heavy in places), has to be a major worry. Charlie Johnston’s four-year-old was withdrawn on heavy ground at Goodwood last summer and his three runs on officially soft going have seen him finish sixth of seven (11-4f), fourth of six (7-1) and third of seven (13-2). Sell in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.
Recommendation: Oppose URBAN SPRAWL in Pontefract 4.12
YARMOUTH JOCKEYS
It’s back down to earth for TOM MARQUAND after his Group 1 heroics on Makarova at Longchamp on Sunday – his office for today is soggy Yarmouth where he has six rides, several with solid claims, and he rates a buy at 37 in the Spreadex YARMOUTH JOCKEYS market. First up is handicap debutant FERNANDO for Makarova’s trainer Ed Walker in the 1m nursery (1.40). The son of Dark Angel has been gelded since we last saw him and his yard has a nine from 28 record (32.1% strike-rate) with nursery debutants who were running over 7f or further on turf for a profit of £30.13 to a £1 level stake at SP (expected winners = 4.06, A/E = 2.22). BINTJEDDAH (2.15) opened her account in similar slow ground at Haydock last month and should go well again despite the penalty. Haggas newcomer RHAPSODY (2.50) will probably need the experience, but third place is far from unrealistic, while STORMY MONDAY (4.00), another Ed Walker nursery debutant, looks likely to improve for the switch to handicapping. HAKUNA BABE (4.35) appreciated the step up this sort of trip when a close-up fifth at Haydock last time and could have more to offer, while DAZITOO (25-1with Spreadex) has been nibbled at in the betting this morning and could sneak a place in the 5.10.
Recommendation: Buy TOM MARQUAND in Yarmouth Jockeys
