Fashion resale platform Poshmark has launched a new feature, dubbed ‘Posh Party Live’.
Building on the success of Poshmark’s Posh Parties, this real-time shopping event adds a live, social twist that amplifies the fun and community-driven essence of the platform. Each event is themed offering participants a lively and tailored shopping experience where they can connect over shared styles and interests.
Notably, Posh Party Live allows shoppers to effortlessly explore and purchase items that align with the party’s theme, while empowering sellers to boost their visibility and sales. Each Posh Party Live event is led by ten specially selected Party Hosts, who bring their unique styles and perspectives to the forefront. These hosts curate live shows and pick highlighted listings, guiding the party and driving engagement.
To kick off Posh Party Live, Poshmark is rolling out a series of events featuring over 20 digital creators as Party Hosts, alongside prominent Posh Ambassador community members, starting June 18 and running through July 25.
“At Poshmark, we are always looking for ways to make online commerce more social, more connected and more fun, all while driving value for our passionate community of shoppers and sellers,” said Manish Chandra, founder and CEO of Poshmark.
“With Posh Party Live, we are building the ultimate next-generation live shopping event, where we’re merging the excitement and urgency of live Posh Shows with curated picks available from millions of closets across Poshmark – the end result is like a virtual shopping party with your most fashionable friends, providing more ways to make new sales, find new styles, and bolster our culture of sellers helping sellers.”
Since the launch of Posh Shows, Poshmark has seen a nearly 50% increase in the number of sellers earning at least $100K annually.
