Moorefield Contracts Unlimited has shared its proposals for the Bay View Shopping Centre in the centre of the town, with planning permission due to be sought.
Residents can share their views by emailing bayview@pegasusgroup.co.uk or by attending a drop-in event at the unit next to Specsavers in the centre on Thursday (March 6) from 10am to 6pm.
The plans include a new surface level car park at the front of the centre, which will include accessible, parent and child, and electric vehicle charging spaces.

The front part of the shopping centre would be demolished to make way for the new car park, while “modern and sleek frontage” would also be created.
Inside the centre it is proposed to change the use of some vacant retail units to possibly a restaurant, café, beauty salon and gym.
