One satisfied customer wrote: “My wife and I booked the afternoon tea and spa day. To start with it’s easy to get to off the motorway and not too far from Cheshire oaks, so it’s good to tie in some shopping beforehand.
“The spa is visually stunning from the outside, and it has good parking, too. The changing rooms are great. Modern, clean, and the lockers are straightforward to use with your wristband.
“The afternoon tea was incredible, with a great selection of sandwiches and cakes. Champagne and coffee were also lovely. After our food, we headed back into the spa, and multiple Saunas and steam rooms all offered different treatments. Having plenty of time to experience them all and relax in the spa garden in-between.”
Another satisfied customer added: “I had a great time on my birthday. The spa was clean, relaxed and the customer service was great. I noticed staff were always checking whether the changing rooms were clean and tidy which is really good.
“The water in hot tub and the pool was crystal clear without the unpleasant smell of chlorine. The lunch was nice but not fantastic. After the spa day myself and my mum went for a walk, the grounds of the hotel are lovely.
“Afterwards we went to the hotel bar for a snack and drink. It was cosy, clean and very nice decor. Overall my experience was great. I really enjoyed myself and would highly recommend this place.”
