Teen apparel and accessories retailer Pacsun has announced the appointment of Aina Konold as its new chief financial officer (CFO).
In this role, she will oversee the finance, accounting and real estate teams at the retailer.
Konold steps into the CFO role at Pacsun following the promotion of Russell Bowers, who transitioned to the position of chief operating officer last year. She will report directly to CEO Brie Olson, who also assumed her role last year.
Konold brings a wealth of experience to the role, having most recently served as CFO of BowFlex Inc., a leading home exercise equipment brand, since December 2019.
Before her tenure at BowFlex, Konold spent over 11 years at Gap Inc., where she held various roles. Notably, she served as vice president and CFO of Gap Inc. China, and was senior director of real estate strategy and finance at Old Navy.
For the new season, Pacsun has launched a Fall campaign spotlighting the brand’s latest denim styles through the lens of the brand’s consumer community — The Pacsun Collective.
