NFL Pro Bowl flag football final score, results: NFC coasts to third-straight win over AFC | Sporting News United Kingdom

Make it three consecutive years that Eli Manning has bested his brother in the Pro Bowl.

With a flag football win Sunday, the NFC beat the AFC 76-63 in the NFL’s 2025 Pro Bowl Games, also dominating the various football skill challenges throughout the weekend to keep Peyton Manning-led Pro Bowl squads winless.

The NFC came into Sunday’s competitions already with a 14-7 advantage from Thursday’s events, so it didn’t have much trouble getting out to a significant lead in the 7-on-7 flag football matchup. With names like Jared Goff and Baker Mayfield at quarterback, plus key plays from receivers like Justin Jefferson and Malik Nabers throughout the afternoon, the NFC put on an offensive show in Orlando to finish with nearly 80 total points.

Add in the fact that Eli Manning’s team also picked up points from seven skill events, including Sunday’s tug of war competition, and it was an all-around effort from the unit for this year’s Pro Bowl festivities.

By the end of the flag football matchup, Goff and Vikings cornerback Byron Murphy, who had a pick-six, were named the game’s MVPs. The weekend of fun in Florida offered plenty of opportunities for players to show off their skill sets while competing for conference bragging rights, but it was the NFC that came out on top.

The Sporting News tracked live scoring updates and highlights for the 2025 Pro Bowl flag football game between some of the AFC and NFC’s top stars. Here’s what you may have missed.

NFL Pro Bowl results, highlights from 2025 flag football game

Final: NFC 76, AFC 63

5:46 p.m. — That’ll do it. The NFC dominated the flag football game and most of the skill competitions, bringing Eli Manning’s squad to victory. 

NFC 76, AFC 63

5:40 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — Baker Mayfield came in at center and Jaxon Smith-Njigba threw the ball … and it worked out as terribly as you may expect. Minkah Fitzpatrick picks Smith-Njigba off and takes it to the house. 

NFC 76, AFC 57

5:35 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — Peyton Manning’s squad gets creative for some late points, double passing for a touchdown. 

NFC 76, AFC 51

5:32 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — George Kittle returns to the end zone to push the NFC point total to 76. Around four minutes remain in what has become a blowout for the NFC.

NFC 70, AFC 51

5:28 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — The scoring has not slowed down in this fourth quarter, with Chase now easily sprinting to the end zone with his sunglasses on. He has three touchdowns.

5:24 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — Malik Nabers finds the end zone after a terrific down-the-field grab to set the NFC up nicely. Eli Manning’s unit has broken 70 points. Here’s a look at the Giants rookie’s incredible first catch on the drive:

NFC 64, AFC 45

5:20 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — Wilson throws another touchdown pass, trimming the AFC’s deficit in the fourth quarter.

5:19 p.m. — What a catch by Brian Thomas Jr. The rookie leaps to grab a pass from Russell Wilson, setting the AFC up for some points. 

NFC 64, AFC 39

5:16 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — Byron Murphy finds the end zone just seconds into the fourth quarter, jumping on a pass from Maye. It’s another pick-six for the NFC, which is up to 64 points.

5:10 p.m. — Tally another three points for the NFC. Eli Manning’s team wins tug of war, quickly beating the AFC in the strength competition. It’s 58-39 NFC.

5:07 p.m. — Tug of war is up next in the skill competitions before the fourth quarter. 

End of third quarter: NFC 55, AFC 39

5:01 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — These two teams won’t stop scoring, as now the NFC gets six with a touchdown pass from Baker Mayfield, adding another point on the conversion. As the third quarter comes to a close, the NFC is holding onto its lead. 

NFC 48, AFC 39

4:59 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — Here comes the AFC. After facing a huge deficit, Peyton Manning’s squad is crawling back; Maye hits Thomas for the touchdown, a rookie connection. Then, the AFC adds two more points with a 10-yard conversion. 

NFC 48, AFC 31

4:51 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — The AFC responds, as Maye goes deep for Ja’Marr Chase in the end zone, a nice highlight for the rookie quarterback.

NFC 48, AFC 25

4:47 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — The NFC is pouring it on. Budda Baker intercepts Maye and takes it to the house, a pick-six that makes it a 23-point game. Eli Manning’s squad is rolling.

4:45 p.m. — The second half of the flag football game is under way. Drake Maye is in at quarterback for the AFC.

4:39 p.m. — The NFC pads its lead with yet another event victory, winning “The Great Football Race” that consisted of various components. Make it 42-25 NFC.

4:29 p.m. —  The AFC won the Madden head-to-head competition, making it 39-25 in favor of the NFC.

 4:24 p.m. — The AFC did everything it could to pull off some magic with pitches before halftime, but it doesn’t work out, sending this game to halftime. More skill challenges await.

NFC 39, AFC 22

4:19 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — We’ve already had a Bengals touchdown connection, now we have one for the Vikings. Darnold finds Jefferson to extend the NFC lead before halftime.

NFC 33, AFC 22

4:10 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — Russell Wilson pulls the AFC closer with a touchdown pass to Brian Thomas Jr., the rookie receiver from the Jaguars.

4:09 p.m. — Sam Darnold comes in at quarterback for the NFC … but he throws a pick to Marlon Humphrey. It was a juggling grab for the Ravens cornerback, giving his offense the ball back. 

4:03 p.m. — The NFC defense gets a stop against the AFC with Russell Wilson in at quarterback. 

4:01 p.m. — Smith-Njigba was prepared with a marker, launching an autographed football into the stands. 

NFC 33, AFC 16

3:58 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — The second quarter is under way, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba makes quick work on the NFC’s first drive. After finding a big gap in the defense, the Seahawks receiver dashes to the end zone. The conversion attempt, however, is no good.

NFC 27, AFC 16

3:49 p.m. — Cooke wins it for the AFC on a walk-off punt! That turned out to be a back-and-forth event, but the AFC comes out on top, adding three points.

3:48 p.m. — Fox and Cooke tied once again, with three points apiece in overtime. Now, they’ll do a “sudden death” style punt competition to decide this event. 

3:44 p.m. — We’ve got some Pro Bowl history. “Punt Perfect” is going to overtime after Fox and Cooke also tie in points. The two punters will get 30 overtime seconds to make as many punts as possible.

3:38 p.m. — The non-punters didn’t have great showings, each putting six points on the board. Now, “Punt Perfect” continues with the real punters for each team. 

3:34 p.m. — The “Punt Perfect” skill event will now take place between quarters. For the NFC, Jusczyk and Jack Fox will compete, and for the AFC, it will be Marlon Humphrey and Logan Cooke. 

End of first quarter: NFC 27, AFC 13

3:27 p.m. — Burrow is picked off! The first defensive stop of the game comes from the Lions’ Brian Branch, and the NFC defense celebrates in the foam pit.

3:23 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — Giants rookie WR Malik Nabers snag a pass from Goff in the end zone, and both offenses remain hot early. Nabers found the foam pit pretty quickly after the touchdown as well, and the NFC adds another point on a conversion from Goff to George Kittle. 

3:20 p.m. — We’re in for some elite touchdown celebrations today.

NFC 20, AFC 13

3:13 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — Joe Burrow’s connection with Ja’Marr Chase translates to the Pro Bowl, as the Bengals QB-WR duo pulls the AFC closer. On the one-point conversion try, Burrow ran it into the end zone … the problem being, he wasn’t allowed to do so based on the game’s rules.

3:10 p.m. — As a reminder, touchdowns are worth six points in this game. Then, teams can either go for another point with a five-yard conversion, or two points with a 10-yard conversion. 

NFC 20, AFC 7

3:09 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — Kyle Jusczyk opens the scoring on an easy pass from Goff. The NFC adds six points to its advantage.

3:06 p.m. — The NFC offense begins with the ball. Jared Goff is in at quarterback.

3:03 p.m. — The NFC will officially begin with a seven-point advantage thanks to wins in the skill competitions. Peyton Manning says on the ESPN broadcast that Joe Burrow will lead his AFC squad to victory, and that he plans on playing the Bengals quarterback for the entire game. 

2:43 p.m. — The NFC and AFC squads are being introduced. The action will begin shortly.

2:33 p.m. — Micah Parsons has his camcorder: 

1:15 p.m. — Jason Kelce is in the building for the Pro Bowl festivities.

1:14 p.m. — Here’s a breakdown of the NFL’s Pro Bowl flag football game from Eli Manning:

1:09 p.m. — Outside of the flag football game, there are still four more Pro Bowl events between the AFC and NFC today: Punt perfect, the “Madden” head-to-head, “The Great Football Race” and tug of war.

1:06 p.m. — Heading into Sunday’s Pro Bowl events, the NFC has a 14-7 over the AFC thanks to wins in the following events Thursday: Passing the Test, Helmet Harmony, Relay Race, Satisfying Catches, and Dodgeball. The AFC has gained points from The Big Spike, Relay Race and Dodgeball.
